Sirdupla
I am now back on
Seretide
, but the Sirdupla side effects are not completely gone. my lungs are still full of mucus, leg cramps, disturbed sleep, etc. Has anyone else had this problem? I am now on Amxicillin (antibiotic) and Prednisilone (steroid) to try to clear the infection in my chest.

Seretide v Fostair
I saw the respiratory nurse a month ago and she got me to change from my usual
Seretide
500 to Fostair. All was well for a week or so then my SATS went off a cliff and my heart rate shot up by 20% or so. I have now changed back to the
Seretide
and I am slowly picking up.

Fostair and coughing
Some years ago I was prescribed "
Seretide
" which had the strange effect of changing my "wheezing" to coughing. I didn't take too much notice at the time. More recently I was prescribed "Fostair" which I thought increased my coughing.

Please listen to patients!
You did not even believe that I was on
Seretide
500 Accuhaler when I told you what medication I was on, and asked me more than twice if I was sure I wasn't on a lower dose.

Advice needed - how can I regain control?
I thought I had it under control with extra Ventolin and upped my
Seretide
250 to 2 puffs twice a day. Things seemed to improve after 3 weeks of coughing and being tight chested and out of breath.

Bisoprolol and others.
Over the last few months i have been prescribed Bisoprolol, Oxybutynin and Fostair ( As a replacement for
Seretide
). Over this period of time I seem to have lost most of my energy. I need to know which, if any, of the new meds is to blame. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Cheers.

Seritide 125 wheezing
The doctor told me to up my
Seretide
dosage to 2 puffs, twice a day. Since doing this I am having to puff on my blue reliever not long after taking my
Seretide
Inhaylor as im Wheezing and short of breath. Could this be that the
Seretide
inhaylor is no longer working for me after all these years?

Improved medication - what a change!
So off the
Seretide
inhaler and on to Fluconozole, better for broncheoli apparently. And on to long term Clarithromycin (500 mcg pd) to attack and restrain infection. Result? A huge improvement. Far less breathlessness, fewer breathing episodes, much improved energy levels (oxygen at last!).

Despairing as keep being told ' it's not typical asthma' so won't officially diagnose
I take
seretide
250mg bd, ventolin, atrovent via spacers or inhalers. And pantoprazole. Specialist ruled out copd. She, and GP, say my asthma isn't controlled at all....which why suspecting other factors at play, or if ' just' asthma.

Inhaler
I am now back on
Seretide
, and recovering slowly. I am concerned that some lasting damage may have been caused by the Sirdupla.

Any advice appreciated:)
I'm on
seretide
250 bd, ventolin, atrovent and nebs. My symptoms have varied over the last 6 months, but a typical attack would cause painful tightness to chest ( by heart area) difficulty breathing in with long deep exhales. My o2 levels can drop to 84 leading to attack hours later.

Has anyone experienced low peak flow after using Revla Elipta?
My consultant suggested I change from
Seretide
to Revla Elipta three months ago. My peak flow dropped right away and has remained lower than I would like ie about 200 if I'm lucky, slightly under if not.
