I am taking Riomet OD. Manufactured by Sun farma. Is it also taken back. Pl inform .

I am 44 year female, diagnosed as diabetic 4 years back with hba1c as 7.3.both my parents are diabetic. At present my hba1c is 6.3. medicine is riomet 500mg twice a day.generally my pp is in range but fasting is around 115 --120. I read here many people stories about their medicine free life. Some says

i a taking Riomet 500 after dinner and fasting sugar between 90 to 100. What shoud i do tocontrol sugar level without medicine?
