Avoid medication - and suffer!
I saw my neurologist, told him I wanted to avoid conventional symptomatic meds, and find disease modifying remedies and was offered
Rasagiline
, which might maybe be neuroprotective a bit. I wanted off-label exanatide.

How Does One Find a Good Neurologist?
My current neurologist prescribed an MAO inhibitor,
Rasagiline
, while I was taking Bupropion, an anti-depressant. When this was flagged by my pharmacist as posing a serious drug interaction warning, the neurologist dismissed it.

Major progression after three hospitalizations can I improve? Sorry for the long post.
MDS has kept me at c/l 25-100 three times daily plus
rasagiline
. Yes, I have had off periods where my energy and mood decreased, but easily remedied by the next dose. Unfortunately the last six months have been challenging to put it mildly.

Starting C/L immediate release
I finally bit the bullet and requested to be put on C/L extended release, after trying
Rasagiline
and Selegiline with no change in motor symptoms.

New to Parkinson's
Dr prescribed
Rasagiline
1mg to start off with, but the cost is terrible ($302.00). Have been looking into DopaBoost type products to save money and be more natural product, anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Azilect
During this period I also took
Rasagiline
for 2 months with bad side effects. Now out of the blue the doctor has said he’s never prescribed Azilect and I have to take a generic
Rasagiline
. Even though I have side effects from it.

Is this progression normal
On Sinemet 3 hourly,
Rasagiline
1mg and Madopar 62.5 daily + Neupro patch 4mg. Nothing new seems to have any effect after a couple of days. Additionally he’s been on HDT 1g daily for a year or so and I’ve just bought a Wellred coronet to see if that can help.
