used Seritide, Symbicort, Oxis and

Any tips coping with Asthma when outside in the cold please
So back on
QVAR
which doesnt really work for me in the meantime. Anyway, as well as caring for my 2.5 yr old twins I also run a small business retailing baby & childrens products which means I tend to attend fairs over the weekends, mainly outdoors from say 8am until 7pm maximum.

Have they got this right?
Given 2 inhalers,
Qvar
and ventolin and sent on my merry way. 2 days after that, my son told me him and his wife expecting their first baby. Wow I needed that as would be my first grandchild. Trust me I have nagged my 3 kids saying when will I be a Grandma. Chris had op eventually and no cancer.

COPD
I have had asthma for a lot of years and its always been very well controlled, my meds were
Qvar
and Salamol. About 14 months ago I noticed that I was more breathless doing things that normally I would have taken in my stride.

Asthma and chronic insomnia
I was taking a cough bottle and antihistamines until Thursday when it got really bad that I ended up at the doctor's who gave me Ventolin and
Qvar
inhalers, a week's worth of prednisolone and a week's worth of antibiotics as my doctor thought there might be an underlying chest infection.
