questran
. I took one sachet yesterday and hate to say it but it caused constipation. Has anyone else had that problem?

I was diagnosed in 2011 with PBC. Started with Questran. Then given UrsoFalk - which made my itching much worse. So gave up taking it.
Am now trying again with UrsoFalk, this time building up the dosage to 3 tablets a day; now 10 days in and on 2 tablets per day. Still itching but not as much as I did the first time. Has anyone any thoughts on the best times of day to take 3 tablets (next week).

Looking for info on Naltrexone please.
I have tried
Questran
which didnt work, Rifampicin which worked but I suffered terrible side effects and my liver tests were really bad. I have been offered Naltrexone by my Consultant which is an Opioid antagonist!! The side effects sound awful and I am a bit scared to try this.
