PLUVICTO.................
When i started, my
PSA
was 42 + a point. It went down to 22+ a point and as of today it is 10.6. I have been boarding my dog, because they never say what it might do to pets. Anyone else in the same position as i am.......Holler at me. I am 85, and was diagnosed in 1999, when i was 61.

What is reco diet to take abi with food?
I am on Lupron and Abi two months now with <.1
PSA
down from 2.2, MO says I can do abi w food if I want, so is it an okay idea to go with 500 or 250mg per day vs 1000, and if so, how many grams of fat constitute the low fat breakfast to eat with the abi? 🙂

Help interpreting PMSA Pet scan
In the setting of rising
PSA
, the possibility of local/marginal recurrence of prostate carcinoma should be considered. Further evaluation with contrast-enhanced MRI with particular attention to this suspicious lesion is recommended. 2.

3 Abiraterone tabs in place of 4.
Recently had blood work done that showed my
PSA
has moved from 0.04 to <0,04 and the Testosterone had not moved from the <7.00 ng/dl. So with this small sample of results there were really no change in ADT effectiveness.

Gleason score change from 3+4 to 3+3 with perineural invasion noted under Active Surveillance
I recently had an MRI and
PSA
about 11 months into Active Surveillance. The MRI showed no change &
PSA
has moved from 4.2 to 3.6 to 3.1. While a rectal biopsy done 11 months ago showed one core of Gleason 7 (3+4), I just received results of an MRI guided Transperineal Biopsy.

Confusing news from oncologist
My dad started chemo in October with a
PSA
of 126. After 2 rounds of chemo, his
PSA
rose to 153, we saw some increase in his bone metastasis as according to the scans (posted about this previously).

GS8 in one core Brachy boost and no HT
My
PSA
settled down to about 0.6 for during 2021 and then dropped further. My
PSA
is now 0.09. My
PSA
may have plateaued at 0.6 due to CRP (chronic radiation proctitis). I had two treatments for the CRP in November 2021 and March 2022. I live in the Greater Vancouver area.

Failed Pluvicto
My
PSA
is now rising rapidly and scans show many new mets and growth in old ones, from skull to feet and everywhere in between. I'm in my 80's and wondering how much time and when this will get painful. I don't want any more aggressive treatments that might get me a few more months.

Brain lesion
Current
PSA
is 0.025. It’s just confusing that after ADT works to remove all the symptoms including bone pain from bone mets, my dad was diagnosed with brain lesion after an MRI since he had mild stroke symptoms(slurred speech).

1st PSA Post SBRT + ADT: A Bounce?
At the end of ADT, my

PSA
jumped to 2.069.

Slight PSA rise and MO discontinuing ADT due to fatigue
Plan would be to check
PSA
again in 3 months and go from there. I believe another PSMA scan would not be performed until the
PSA
is >2. I would have been more comfortable with this if
PSA
had gotten to undetectable levels but worry since it has now bounced from the nadir.

New Here. Overwhelmed.
PSA
Blood test from a physical came back with a reading of 100. Biopsy results came back with 2 Gleason 4+4's and the rest 4+3's earlier this week. Appointment with urologist Monday to discuss these results. I'm feeling overwhelmed and scared. What is the next step for me?

Current labs show undetectable
PSA
with a slow recovery on the T with the latest T result at 90 question is approx 6 months after the Lupron shot the SE started dissipating. Now I am experiencing the hot flashes again almost 8-9 later after the SE dissipated.
