should I be worried?
Had
prostatectomy
in 2019. Gleason 4+3. PSA before operation was 3.4. Remained undetectable for 4 months, then rise to 1.9 over 4 months. PSMA scan detected one lymph node in pelvis. Went for 40 rounds of radiation with lupron and Zytiga for 8 months ending August 2020.

Post-Salvage Radiation GI side effects?
By way of background, I had a robotic
prostatectomy
in 2011 and it failed. Last summer I had 35 salvage radiation sessions to the prostate bed only, ending on 27 August 2022. I was also give a concurrent six-month does of Eligard on 3 May 2022.

Further treatment - Update
I had biopsy 03.09.07 (Gleason score 3+7) and
prostatectomy
10.11.07. PSA started to rise soon after. Since then I have had radiation and been more or less on Zoladex injections the whole time. I started Xtandi in April 2019 and switched to Nubeqa December 2021.

Thoughts??
I was diagnosed in November of 2021 and had a radical
prostatectomy
on 7 March 2022. However, my pathology showed positive margins. I have not had any other treatment since my surgery. My PSA has changed from undetectable to .04 in the year following my surgery.

PSMA PET-CT Ga68 Scan results
Soft tissue: Status post radical
prostatectomy
. There is a 0.9 cm focus of intense PSMA uptake in the prostate bed, adjacent to the left posteroinferior bladder wall, corresponding to an ill-defined soft tissue nodule on CT (SUV max 40.5, average Hounsfield units 50, 4:81, 3:47).

Newly diagnosed
My urologist is telling me that there are 2 options available to me: surgery (
prostatectomy
), or radiation. I've tried to do some research about both options, and realize that both have some pros and cons, but am not sure how to go about making a decision.

had
prostatectomy
on 9/22. They found cancer is the biopsy’s taken of a lymph node and other tissue taken out. Took a 6 month shot of lupron. Discontinued lupron. Too many side affects. I have not had a detectable psa score since surgery.

Intraductal Carcinoma and Cribriform Glands Present
My husband just had a
prostatectomy
several weeks ago. Follow up appt with surgeon is next week. Overall the pathology report seems good! They downgraded his Gleason score from a 9 to a 7 (4+3), margins were clean, and lymph nodes negative.

Bone scan at low PSA
I had a
prostatectomy
in May, 2012 (age 62 ,PSA7, GS 4+3=7) , SRT in June 2018 (PSA.22). My PSA went to undetectable after surgery and my nadir was .05 after SRT. On both occasions my PSA stayed down at those levels for years followed by a slow rise.

Dealing with prostate cancer.
I’m 77 years old…diagnosed in 2012…had
prostatectomy
and then lupron, abiraterone, docetaxel, cabazitaxel, etc etc. I have bone Mets…stable right now….PSA 12.5. Being told that I will probably start Pluvicto in a month or so.

Penis Injection options: advice needed
I had my robotic
prostatectomy
22 months ago and there has not been a glimmer of a natural erection returning, so I have been trying the alternatives.

ART UCSF Recurrent Prostate Cancer Case Histories, 2021 Prostate Cancer Conference
This was done in the presence of recurrent PSA post radical
prostatectomy
. 15. Min 26:48; distant metastasis, at low PSA. Uncommon but only because PSMA PET is only now revealing this possibility. Should be included in the SOC before continuing any treatment. 16.
