INTRO – But Might Not Have RLS?
Back in 2013 (at the age of 62), I started taking each night
pramipexole
0.25mg and clonazepam 0.25mg for the severe shin/ankle/foot cramps I would have each night. I was getting no sleep and feared going to bed.

Failed cold turkey Pramipexole
Hi, I’ve been on
pramipexole
0.18 mg for eleven years, decided I wanted to get off them and try manage my legs with natural methods. I seen my GP who reluctantly prescribed me two weeks worth of Tramadol 50 mg.

Meds for rls
Is there an alternative to something safe then
pramipexole
or ropinirole for RLS ? And do you have to wean off these drugs?

Grrr...12+ years of RLS
Have changed pills many times, first rope, then
pramipexole
, then gabapentine, and now horizant. I can’t sleep...take my pills as used, go to bed, and either left or right gets its normal 30sec-a-go-go. Maybe, I can sleep 2-3am for 3/4 hours, but it’s horrible.

Pregabalin and Pramipexol
I was following the posts answering ScattyPatty. I am fighting RLS right now with 0,044 pramipexol in the afternoon, Pregabalin 25 mg around 7 p.m. and 0,088 pramipexol 2 hours before bed. At the moment I sleep quite well, not all the days but most. What worries me is the Pregabalin (makes me very sleepy

RLS is ruining my life....
I am currently on .25 mg of
pramipexole

Getting off of Pramipexole
Got off of
Pramipexole
by getting 1st off of Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Zantac, Melatonin, all otc sleeping pills, all cold & allergy pills. Also I do take magnesium at night. 1ce a week Eszopiclone for sleep without problem. When sick and Rls comes back I take .25 dose after symptoms start.

My consultant has put me on Gabapentin after trying all the usual stuff (Ropinirole,
Pramipexole
). Has anyone any experience of using this medication?

Pramipexole and Travel
I cannot find anything online which would suggest that
pramipexole
is not permitted which may seem obvious, but I still get paranoid about this. Has anyone had any experience of travelling to Middle Eastern countries with
pramipexole
?

Back on the Pramipexole
So I couldn't keep up with the withdrawal symptoms or maybe permanent worsening of the RLS. I have been taking Pramipex 0.125mg now. It's almost been a week and touchwood its working. I hadn't augmented previously but now that I'm back on them, the lingering feeling that augmentation will kick in does

Help please
I have been taking Sifrol (
Pramipexole
, 0.125 mg three times a day) and I don't find it very helpful so I went to a sleep doctor who said he didn't agree I had RLS but rather mycolonous but that doesn't explain being woken up in the night with all my legs tingling.

Dopamine agonist withdrawal
I wrote before as I have got off a daily dose of SR
pramipexole
.75 mg and 1 tab sinemet 100/25. I took 6 weeks to do it . My dr wanted me to do it more quickly but I did not, having struggled through the whole misery once before. Anyway , now I have been off the dopamine agonists for 3 weeks.

Update Been OK for a while say 6 months on 2 x 0.088mg of

Pregabalin dose and is pramipexole diagnostic for rls?
I managed to see a neurologist who suggested the gabapentin rather than DA, but gp has suggested trying
pramipexole
until the pregab has an effect. (Hospital suggested switch to pregab from gabapentin). Ferritin 110 at moment.

Maybe mid 2018 I was prescribed Sifrol aka
Pramipexole
, Mirapex etc to combat RSL whilst withdrawing from Slow Release Tramadol used for about 16 years for Fibromyalgia.

I wanted to do this test because both
pramipexole
and neupro patch gave me only a worsening in bradicinesia . How is it possible ? did I miss anything in the dosage?

Insomnia
My medication has not changed I'm still on
pramipexole
and my rls is under control at the moment. The only thing that has changed is that I have been sleeping with the windows open due to the hot weather.

Withdrawal hell not ending
On day 23 off
pramipexole
and there seems to be no end to this agony. Before I had begun taking this medication, my RLS used to be pretty mild. An hour or so in the bed and then I could doze off; however, since dropping the medication, it just doesn't want to stop.
