Tramadol Prescription for Refractory RLS?
Neupro
Patch (did not work). Each night is misery trying to fall asleep and stay asleep. Wake up multiple times and then want to binge eat any type of sugar I can get my hands on. I so tired on being tired and not sure what direction to go next.

Neupro - 1st day on...working I think...
So this is interesting. I didn’t take my Sinemet this morning and thank God I didn’t because the constipation I’ve had from it has been so awful and actually gave me an impacted bowel so I did the next best thing and took a lovely suppository and that worked incredible magic needless to say. Sorry for

Does RLS ever go away? One week off patch and no issues
I was diagnosed with RLS about 2 years ago and I’ve been on 1mg
Neupro
since then, after trying another med that didn’t help. Recently I ran out of patches and had a struggle reaching my doctor for a new prescription and then another struggle getting a coupon for a rebate.

Update - Neuro appointment and Neupro!
Telling him about the transit time for L/C he suggested and prescribed
NEUPRO
. I’m a little nervous about it given some of the side effects, but he said that he thinks my tremor is too out of control - it isn’t sure as to why.

NEUPRO Pads and sleep can prove to be a very difficult combination
Later I discovered that the
NEUPRO
patch had come loose from the skin and was in bed. The next night I took off the
NEUPRO
patch at about 22:00 and the same thing happened, I slept well all night.

RLS & Iron infusion seems to be working!
Rec'd the iron back to back weeks Dec. 1st. 2020 I have been on 1mg
Neupro
for 6 years with increased restless leg issues the last 6 months before the infusion of 2020. As of three weeks, ago I have had very minimal restless leg issues. AMAZING! So, now what do I do to wean off the patch?

Trying another dopamine agonist (yeah, I know....🙁)
Now the neurologist is trying me on a
neupro
patch. I’m hopeful-but I know the dangers of going back on a dopamine agonist. I also know that so far-nothing has worked on its own-I’ve always had to have a back up sedative or sleep aid. Any thoughts or advice?

Substantial Effects from Mannitol
The whole process was gradual, where after 2 months, he clearly needed only half a
Neupro
patch for awhile and then he only needed one daily Rytary for a few weeks. And the only way to know he had too much was by his anxiety levels and hallucinations.

1mg Neupro and augmentation? Advice needed...
1mg
Neupro
and now what for RLS? Have been on 1mg for 4 years. Last year I applied it to my under arm and it worked mostly 70 percent of the time as I rotated arms every other day. Tried putting the patch on my abdomen and seems to get worse. Have been on 1mg of
Neupro
and think I am augmenting.

Temgesic is working!
I have been on the
neupro
patch for a number of years with great results. However, I know it’s only time before augmentation kicks in. So after reading previous posts about Temgesic I discussed it with my GP. She agreed to prescribe it and I have been great for past 12 days.

Sinemet vs Rytary
In my 5th year and thus far, I’ve been taking Mucuna, azilect and
Neupro
patch still doing well with slow progression with symptoms only on the left side. I exercise daily work full-time and lead a normal life. I have no off time, my symptoms are pretty much the same all the time.

How does everyone differentiate between RLS symptoms, vs. augmentation from one of your meds vs. withdrawal symptoms
I was then put onto
Neupro
patches at 2mg and a week later upped to 4mg but have now stopped those as I had no evidence that they were doing anything and I was trying to get into a clinical trial that required no
Neupro
patch.

Neupro patch side effects?
I'm wondering whether rotigotine can cause character change. (I'm not referring to the well documented changes like compulsive behaviours) I know that when I came off ropinerole after being on it for many years, my sister said to me 'You're back!' and I could tell the difference too. I would have

Kratom/Neupro
I also have a
neupro
patch but experiencing bad compulsive behavior asa side effect. Does
neupro
have to be withdrawn gradually? How? Can it be overlapped with Kratom? Opioids don’t work at all! Where to begin? Daytime attacks are horrendous and embarrassing. Sorry to whine!

Mannitol and Dopamine Levels
This worked for 2 weeks and then hallucinations returned, so we also reduced his
Neupro
patch. Last week, even with all of these reductions, the hallucinations are back, so we stopped Mannitol.
