Living on Blood Thinners while being on Birth Control

I was told by a new Endometriosis specialists to give the Liletta IUD 3 months to see if it works but that's so long and I also read on their website that it shouldn't be used for people with Endometriosis.

Hello, I have just had the coil fitted yesterday as my gp recommended due to irregular heavy painful periods. The procedure was terrible I've never experienced any thing in my life like that. I was advised to check for strings which I did today but I couldn't locate them. Not sure what to look or feel
