Complicated case , expert advice needed

Hi, I was diagnosed with mdr tb in 2020.I started shorter regimen.Taken kanamycin, isozonacid, etionamide for 4 months.moxi, ethombutol, clofazimine for 9 months. Actually I didn't get any of my culture report due to irregularity & carelessness of medical assistants here.

No pain no gain

The report came after 1 month and I got to know that I have MDR tb.so the doctor told me to be take kanamycin 1000mg injection .I took it for 4 days but my body wasn't tolerating such a high dose.

Excessive Skin Darkening

I asked my doctor and he said that they are the side effects of the drugs. i took the medicines like moxifloxacin, Ethionamide, Kanamycin,Pyrazinimide etc. It's been 5 months since i finished my drugs but my skin has not returned to it's previous self.
