He also tested negative for PDL1 which means he will not be eligible for
immunotherapy
which was a shame but I’m hoping there are other treatments available. I’m just feeling incredibly anxious and not too hopeful at the same time but also positive. All kinds of emotions.

At the end of 2019 I stopped
immunotherapy
and all was quite well with my lung cancer. I was left with a 19mm tumour that was "inactive" the cancer had gone from my lymph nodes.

Keytruda update
I was on the ropes and out of options when a genetic test said I was MSI-h and qualify for
immunotherapy
Keytruda ; it was a Hail Mary. It was a good year. Now over a year later I’m seeing a PSA bump. I’ve got a lot of genetic diversity in my PC.

I heard Lacey Adams, wife of the former Surgeon General who has been back in
immunotherapy
from a recurrance of melanoma this past year say putting off scans and skin checks during Covid is a bad idea, and she knows because hers were delayed and then evidenced a recurrance. Was there crying?

What next?
Are they able to try different chemos or
immunotherapy
drugs? My mum's biggest fear is that they will give up trying to treat her. She does not have the type that can be helped by targeted therapy and her PDL was less that 1%, even though they still gave her
