Asthma Symptoms
I was then put on Sirdupla (salmeterol 25mg/
fluticasone
125mg), of which I take 2 puffs in the morning and two in the evening. This got rid of my cough. never needed my rescue inhaler and have ever since always had good peak flow readings.

Spike and block
i have my
fluticasone
spray (spelling) . and i can't remember which antihistamine is non ototoxic. The right side of my face feels hot and ear feels full and blocked and slightly painful, is this my eustachian glitching and it will pass or a bad spike?

Why am I gasping?
I am supposed to take
Fluticasone
/Salmeterol (Seretide) preventer and Salbutamol (Ventolin), but I have such severe and bizarre symptoms, it makes all of these, including the breathing problem, worse.

Will this be permanent?
I went to the doctor on Thursday last week who examined my ears and said they were blocked up, and she gave me a steroid called
fluticasone
furoate to be taken nasally. When I asked her if it might be tinnitus she said to come back in a month if the spray hasn't done anything.

Qvar And Fluticasone Inhalers
I'm thinking of asking to try either one of the Qvar Inhalers or a
Fluticasone
Inhaler (versions that don't include a LABA component).

Hi all,I'm new and really could do with some advice and support 🙂
I have had a diagnosis of post viral asthma,I am 38 years old and seem to be hypersensitive to the inhalers that I have used (qvar, seretide) I am waiting for tests to see why I had problems with them, however in the meantime my wheezing and coughing had gotten worse, I have been put on
fluticasone
low

New to the forum!
After the asthma attack in 2008, I was put onto Ventolin (salbutamol) and Seretide Evo (
fluticasone
and salmeterol) 250, over the years I reduced down to Seretide evo 50 one dose daily with no issues, this dose change was made in July 2015 & had no asthma symptoms at all.

Worst things people have said/what not to say to someone with a lung condition
***in short: corticosteroids (prednisolone, beclomethasone,
fluticasone
) suppress the immune system locally (in the lungs), reducing the response of the WBCs, thus reducing inflammation; leukotriene receptor antagonists (montelukast, zafirlukast) block receptors in the lungs to chemicals called leukotrienes

Question to help a friend.
I imagine it was the orange disk
fluticasone
inhaler. However, they never tried her on anything else - surely they could have tried another preventative inhaler for her?
