TENDONITIS THREAT from fluorometholone eye drops?

My opthomologist gave me fluorometholone drops. I'm still on 7mg pred after four years with both PMR & GCA (I told her that). Am I remembering correctly that this can lead to tendonitis in people who are on long term pred? I'm hoping I'm wrong.

Ocular involvement (eye problems)

Treatment with fluorometholone 0.1%, ofloxacin 0.3% and artificial tear eye drops 5 times a day together with oral fluocortolone worked well. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7394149/
