Ache all over but stable. What to do?
I am on
Faslodex
shots and Xgeva every third month. I’ve been taking ibuprofen and Tylenol and it really doesn’t help. I didn’t always have this problem. I’m wondering if it’s excessive inflammation?

Treatment options
Hi- I have posted a few times about my brother who was diagnosed in March 2021. For 18 months he did really well on Abiterone. His PSA went from his initial diagnosis of 52 to under 0.03 for several months. He has Kaiser HMO and unfortunately his oncologist retired at the time his PSA starting trending

platlets
I have been on ibrance and
faslodex
for over 5 years and usually all my blood work is good but this time my platlets were 515 and should be 440. My doctor isn’t concerned but of course I am. Has anyone ever had this issue. Thanks so much. Marianne

Hello eyebrows, my old friend
Fast forward to my current ibrance/
faslodex
and xgeva protocol and more of the same. Unit now. For my birthday, my daughter gave me a cbd facial serum which feels great and makes my 51 yr old skin glow. Using morning and night for the past 4 weeks , I now have my eyebrows back.

Starting Xeloda soon
Switched to
Faslodex
and Fulvestrant. That course did not work for me at all. Rest of body, free and clear and still free and clear. Medical team determined that I was a good candidate to receive a mastectomy which I did on 2/10. Radiation up next for 6 weeks.

next treatment Doxil
hello everyone In July 1st 2022 I enrolled in a clinical trial with AZD (
Faslodex
in pills) and Capivasertib. Unfortunately last PET scan is showing progression on my liver. Options are Everolimus or Abemaciclib and IV chemo: Doxil. My onc strongly recommends Doxil.

I just developed the ESR1 mutation and went on
Faslodex
and switched to Kisquali. I was wondering if anyone has this mutation and how your meds working. I’m only looking to hear about ESR1 stories and if it impacted your treatment or progression and how you are doing.

Just joined the club no one wants to be a member of in April 2023 - can Gleason 9 be cured ?
Doc says that our goal is a cure despite the fact that I am a Gleason 9 with Decipher score of 1 , the highest for metatastic spread. (PSMA PET was negative.) The highest my PSA has ever been was 5.48 in December 2022 and it dropped to .09 with Testosterone of 14 in August two months after a shot of

My story of my 23 year battle with Pca.
I have decided to share this with the group because yesterday a guy shared his fear. In no way should you take any of this as a suggestion for treatment or refusal of treatment. I was diagnosed with Pca Gleason 3+3 July 13 2000 ar the age of 49. When the Dr. gave me the results I started sweating profusely

Update on PSA
Aug 4 - diagnosed PCa, gleason 9 Aug 5 - started casodex Aug 17 - started lupron 3 mth Had my first blood work done yesterday (Oct 5) and PSA is now at 0.56. Was over 9 in June. So, I kind of feel good in knowing that as expected the meds are working and lowering PSA. Meaning I can move forward
