Pluvicto increases radiographic progression-free survival (rPFS) before chemo
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04689828 It tested whether giving Pluvicto increases radiographic progression-free survival (rPFS) in men who: (1) have failed one of the second-line hormonals (abiraterone,
enzalutamide
, darolutamide, or apalutamide) (2) have not had taxane chemo (3) are metastatic

CCS 1477 3rd generation AR
it looks as though they’ve created a 3rd generation AR now.For when Aberaterone /
Enzalutamide
runs out of steam. Can a drug be fast tracked onto the market at a 3 year point or do the trials need at least 5 years before being approved does anyone know

test Enzalutamide or Lu 177 for the first line therapy?
I wonder what is the best treatment to test lowering PSA now,
Enzalutamide
or Lu 177? I appreciate any idea.

Docetaxel Extends Enzalutamide Effectiveness
This is our first proof that resistance to
enzalutamide
can be reduced with docetaxel. It also shows that triplet therapy may be beneficial in patients who have already progressed to castration resistance. We would expect a larger effect if used at the first sign of castration resistance.

Xtandi question
I am interested in hearing from anyone with experience in taking XTANDI® (
enzalutamide
). Has anyone else had an issue with TGA... Transient Global Amnesia? My husband has been on Xtandi for 6 weeks and has been in two different hospitals this last week.

Cabazitaxel Plus Enzalutamide
Wondering if anyone here has had this combo prescribed and what the results were. There was a phase 1 and phase 2 trial that proved the safety of this combination and they also saw a PSA response 30% or more in 30% of the patients who had previously been treated with Abiraterone. The patients that

Enzalutamide or abiraterone
What is the difference between these two drugs. Which one should I use. I know this was discussed in a post recently. My Oncologist would like me to start with one of these. I asked him this question and said abiraterone has less fatigue side effects. I will need to get blood work done every two weeks

BATMAN
Post-BAT, the PSA50 and PSA90 responses to abiraterone or
enzalutamide
were 94.4% and 66.7%, respectively and median PFS was 20.6 months. Patients with peak PSA level of ≥9 ng/ml after BAT had median PFS of 20.6 months versus NR for those having PSA < 9 ng/ml (HR: 0.122, p < 0.001).

Advice Please
Enzalutamide
failed after about 6 months. Started docetaxel on Aug 10/22. After 4 cycles, bone scan results, received today, indicate a mixed pattern of response i.e., while many lesions have improved there is also progression in certain lesions as well as new lesions.

Wa-ah!
I am to continue with my current medication,
enzalutamide
, though at a stronger dose> I am to take morphine to counteract the worst side effect, muscle pain. This will also help with the ache I have in my pelvis, where I had radiation.

Xtandi Enzalutamide
My husband was on Xtandi. It was not effective, so he stopped taking it. However, he has a bottle of the tablets that are still in the sealed box (Exp 8/24). He received them through his insurance so the cost to him was minimal, but it is a very expensive drug if one does not have insurance. We tried

but the doc doesn’t seem to be?
