Entecavir

I have been on entecavir for 3 years now for long term hap b. And my last ultrasound at febuary I also have mild signs of fatty liver. I'm worried and like get some advice here my ultrasound I have no signs of liver chirrosis. Thank Pauline

As well as being on Actemra I have had to take a drug called entecavir as it was discovered that I am a hepatitis B carrier - non-active. No idea I had it until I was given a general blood test before going on the Actemra.

A question where I have to disclose my condition (hep b) and medication (Entecavir). Can I be deemed to be unfit for the job based on my condition and medication? Although, I have been doing the same job from last 10 years?

Why was I taken off of the Entecavir which proteced my liver in August 2017. So now I am on two outrageously expensive drugs of which both make me excessively tired. They tell me that both of the drugs "might" fix the lymphoma and Hep B but neither will make me feel any better.

I was given entecavir which was quite effective in managing the condition, but in 2014 the virus had started to become resistant to the drug and it was discontinued.

Since then i was put on Tenofovir but it was causing side effects namely Proteinuria so now i've been put on Baraclude ( entecavir) about 1 month, seen consultant last week to see if these were ok and now says i likely have ammonia in my blood so has prescribed lactulose also.

space of three months my poor hubby has found out that he has cirrhosis of the liver due to hepatitis B and not only cirrhosis but also four HCC tumours ( the largest is 4 cm) ( all because of abundant ascites) ( i had previously put it down to simply being 'portly' and just 'wind') He has started Entecavir
