Insurance denials
Can anyone advise me as to how to get insurance approval for a ganglion impar block? My husband is completely debilitated with excruciating anal/rectal pain that began 20 months ago. After months of agony, visits to multiple specialists, trying lidocaine, Valium suppositories, nifedipine, hydrocortisone

Apixaban and indigestion
After an ecg about 3 months I was diagnosed with AF and put on anti coagulants, first rivaroxaban and for past month apixaban. This is pretty free from side effects apart from indigestion a couple of hours after a meal. today I had some cranberry cheese and two hours later I had very severe burping

My treatment journey
I found out my cancer had returned matastatic to my bones and liver. Went through 10 months of Abraxane chemo and then was put on Ibrance. Had all the aches and pains with it. I was taking Ibrance with Letrosole. Had to change to non generic Femara. It worked about a year. I am now on Femara

Hi! Im very wordy; but I hope this helps you. I’m on Ibrance exactly 2 years & although in back of my mind “I always am waiting for ball to drop”; however, try to relax; cannot believe that’s all the Onc said to you & now you have to “wait” out your new game plan. I’m told there are “numerous

Ibrance not doing its job
That’s what the onc told me today. We are meeting Weds to discuss future treatment. I was stunned! I have been feeling good and thought I was stable. Now I feel that I am facing the end. First time I have had this severe reaction.

Neut count low after first round of Ibrance
Hello all. I completed my first cycle of Ibrance 125 mg, and after my week off, my neut count was .83, so I was unable to start cycle 2. I am having to wait 10 days for my next blood test. Is that typical? Does it take that long to get the count up? Thank you for your input.

Anybody had a CRT pacemaker fitted to correct left bundle branch block?
I am interested in any experience you have had and did the heart successfully remodel itself to the new method of pacing? I have had LBBB for at least 21 years and I am now being advised to have a CRT pacemaker as I still get odd bouts of AF. My quality of life is still good and I am a regular cyclist

Other than the Mets merry go round that I am sure you can all relate to, I am blessed to be doing ok. Today is a good day. My problem is the over protective

I've just replied to someone's post but thought I'd start my own aswell.. Been to A&E for my last 4 episodes, last one was Friday morning after a night shift, I don't know what the usual heart rate is but mine was 158bpm the 104bmp when they discharged me. I used to be in 2.5mg biosprol and 180mg Adizem

Scan results
I had my quarterly ct scan a week ago and have been on pins and needles ever since. For the first time I had a bad feeling and I was right 😞. While no organs are involved which is good news, two of the Mets on my spine have grown and I have six fractures in my lower back. That would explain the extra

Have fever and will stop Ibrance. Will I continue dose after fever is gone or will just wait till the 28 days over?
Hello everyone. May I ask what your experience is when stopping Ibrance because of fever 38.4C with cough and cold? I’m finished my 11th day so have 10 more capsules to take. Will I continue this after my fever is gone or will I just wait and finish the 28 day cycle and start anew? Sorry I have to

Scan last week showed progression
Last Wednesday I had a scan, the day before Thanksgiving. I have been on ibrance now for about eight or nine Cycles. I saw the results online, there is a little progression in the abdomen and a little bit in the chest or breast area. I will see the doctor tomorrow to discuss results. My scan also showed

When Ibrance stops working.
Hello all of you gorgeous women. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me the signs they had , beside blood markers and scans, that have suggested or infact told them that the concoction of Ibrance/Letrozole has stopped working. I am getting hives all over my body every month around 2.5 weeks into my ibrance
