Flecainide, Diltiazem and Shortness of Breath
Anyone get shortness of breath (SOB) from Flecainide and/or Diltiazem -- not right away, but months later? For the first six months on both drugs, I had no SOB. For the second six months I had SOB. Now that I stopped both drugs, it seems better. Could be a coincidence, but looking for group experiences

60 DAYS IN, QUICK UPDATE ON TODAY'S DR VISIT huCAR-T 19 IL-18 4th GENERATION CLINICAL TRIAL
60 days have gone by since I received my new T- Cells. I have been neutropenic, average ANC of about 1.0 for the last 2 months and my Fibrinogen levels have been consistently low. I have had to do twice weekly blood checks at Penn Medicine, and most of those tests have resulted in a CRYO infusion

A question please
I had had bouts of Afib ranging on average of 12-18 hours a time for many years. I then had one of 55 hours 5 years ago. Then it was back to the usual pattern. Suddenly I’m into another long one? I have always self converted and never been to hospital, except twice in 18 years and that was with chest

Proper Drug for My Wife and Efficacy of an Ablation
For the past 40 days, my 77-year-old, relatively fit wife has been in and out of AFib — but mostly in. She’s had three trips to the hospital during this period, because her heart rate had been in the 120-150 range for several hours each time. On her first hospital visit, she was given Diltiazem and

Is it bad for you to just wait out an Afib spisode.
Over the last month I went into Afib 6+ times. The first one lasted about 12 hours. The next 3 I ended up in emergency and they had to cardiovert me. The 5th time lasted 24 hours. The 6th time, however, lasted 5 days. But I was so fed up with sitting in emergency for 12 hours and getting my chest blasted

New clinical trial BNT152+153.
Hi, I'm about to enter into a new Phase 1 clinical trial at MD Anderson for solid tumors including new drugs from BioNtech called BNT152+153, which are based on Interluekin 2 & 7. Do any members have any knowledge or experience with these relatively new trial drugs? There is an NCT listing on the clinicaltrial.gov

Five years ago I joined the Astra Zeneca clinical trial of Olaparib with Zytiga, through my oncologist at Fox Chase in Philadelphia. Hi, everyone. How are you? I just came back from my clinic appointment and was told news I didn't really want to hear. It spread again to one of lymph nodes near right kidney. That made sense why I had a pain there. I was on single dose of celarsertib for a few years. Now it's discontinued. My consultant

drug holiday
I’m looking for some experiences please about taking an ibrutinib holiday. I see there have been some posts about clinical trials either stopping or reducing days it’s taken. I would really appreciate any feed back. My story is I’ve got really good bloods now and have been taking ibrutinib for 4 years
