Surgeon says I'm intermediate risk, but I think I'm high risk based on the pathology report below
Prostate and seminal vesicles, prostatectomy: - Prostatic
adenocarcinoma
, Gleason's score 7 (4+3) [Grade Group 3]. - The
adenocarcinoma
invades into thick intersecting smooth muscle bundles at the right base, consistent with bladder neck invasion. - Lymphovascular invasion is not identified.

What kind timeline are we looking at?
He underwent a transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy of his prostate gland which showed prostate
adenocarcinoma
. He also had left iliac lymph node biopsy consistent with poorly differentiated
adenocarcinoma
with prostate primary. This was followed by CT scan of the abdomen and bone scan.

Shortness of breath
I have stage 4 NSCLC
Adenocarcinoma
lung cancer. I also have developed what is known as Tracheobronchomalacia (TBM). This is a rare condition that occurs when the walls of the airway are weak, which can cause the airway to become narrow or collapse.

Aggressive Variant Prostate Cancer (AVPC)
Nueroendocrine Prostate Cancer is one form of AVPC , but
adenocarcinoma
can exhibit AVPC characteristics. She talked about three trials for AVPC that I’ll talk about later.

What does a high Chromoganin A,S test mean?
Does this mean that my
adenocarcinoma
has mutated into neuroendocrine. Info about test was, “ Test results cannot be interpreted as absolute evidence for the presence or absence of malignant disease.” So, what does this mean? Any comments will be helpful, going to message MO for his thoughts.

One Year Post Diagnosis
I was diagnosed with Stage 4 ductal
adenocarcinoma
of the prostate in late October 2020. After initially being on Eligard for 4 months my PSA had dropped to around 2.0, and the Oncologist was happy.

Mum diagnosed with adenocarcinoma
First time on - my mum has recently been diagnosed with
adenocarcinoma
. She's struggling a fair bit and the oncologist has just said due to how weak she is he doesn't recommend treatment. However will proceed if she wants. I'm looking for advice if any to help build her up.
