Welcome. I didn’t do the podcasts but I got pointed towards the plan when I got my first running injury on C25K. I then did it alongside the running and easing up the reps of each exercise comfortably. Don’t think I’ve ever gone through them all in one session, but I do all of the exercises pretty regularly now alongside some other routines. It’s pretty accessible and I think it saved me a fortune as I was considering a £40 a month gym membership that I would have almost certainly not visited the place often enough to justify.
I started. Just. It has been too hot for this (elderly) lady to repeat yet. But I also found the how to videos very useful. The exercises for week 1 are really easy. As soon as the temp frops below 30 during the day I will start again.
I did it and I loved the exercises, I still do some of them. The only thing I found after a couple of weeks is that I started doing the exercises at home and then went out for a fast walk, that seemed to suit me better and I have sort of carried on with a variation on that.
