I've just down loaded C25K. Wondering where to start. I can already run about 15 minutes on a treadmill. Is it ok to skip a few podcasts?

Hi,

It's up to you but it's quite rewarding to start the journey from the beginning. Early podcasts contain useful running tips and you'll fee a real sense of achievement.

I wouldn't recommend skipping steps. I'm about to start week 6 now and really feel that each week is connected. Enjoy a few easier weeks until you're more challenged! :D
