Stair climbing at work
Is anyone using stair climbing as part of their workplace wellness strategy?
I recommend starting a corporate team for a stair climbing event. It's a great way to hold each other accountable working towards a common goal.
I work right by the Howe Street stairs in Seattle and go walk up and down the stairs at least 3 days a week during lunch. Sitting at a desk is much easier after climbing up 388 stairs! My productivity and focus has really improved not to mention my thighs
I worked in a big building that had 6 stairwells. I would go to the top floor on one, make a loop around the hallway and down another. Then next break I would repeat on a different set of stairs. No one ever appeared to notice.
Determined to climb 300 stairs daily.. Its not in one go, but yes by end of the day the count should...
