I recommend starting a corporate team for a stair climbing event. It's a great way to hold each other accountable working towards a common goal.

I work right by the Howe Street stairs in Seattle and go walk up and down the stairs at least 3 days a week during lunch. Sitting at a desk is much easier after climbing up 388 stairs! My productivity and focus has really improved not to mention my thighs :)

I worked in a big building that had 6 stairwells. I would go to the top floor on one, make a loop around the hallway and down another. Then next break I would repeat on a different set of stairs. No one ever appeared to notice.
