Navj, not sure where you are having pain....but probably joint pain? movement will help joint pain so please try some gentle movement with walking, exercise bike, moving in pool....hope this helps!
Thanks Mary the pain is in my right knee I have been moving more , l have tryed to use my bike but it hurts so bad so l have started to do my ten step program

Hi Nayj, Welcome to our group. I am sorry to hear that you are having a tough time with your knee. I would also like to suggest seeing a doctor. It is important to figure out why your knee hurts. I also have knee arthritis. You want to move - because movement helps to keep the stiffness down. However, how do you move when you hurt? I started walking a little bit at a time. It took a while, and some days are better than others, but my knees don't feel as badly as they did.

I just want to let you know I viewed your post and concur with those who have responded. I have a physical therapist who gives me gentle exercises that are easy and do help. Have you viewed the website startmovingstartliving.com? Great information out there.
