Vasovagal syncope

So I have Vasovagal Syncope.

My question is once in a blue moon I get Vasovagal syncope Episode without out any presyncope why does that happen sometimes with people with VVS?

I find that if I sneeze, cough, hiccup, then I can go out with no warning, laughing can also be a problem, so record all comedies, One foot in the grave, for me often meant two feet in the grave! Eating and drinking very hot or cold (temp) can also cause problems (shock to the system) get to know your triggers, eat and drink slowly
