Hi Mbun,

Most time people grow out of the seizures. I'm not so lucky and at 34 only 1 month ago i had one at the computer out of the blue watching a video about a chiropractor.

The only advice at her age i would give (only from my own experience) Is to elevate the legs.

I usually go cold and sweat horribly. Then there is a massive urge to sleep, back in the day my mom would try to keep me awake but all i wanted to do was sleep after, i haven't heard of anything bad about sleeping after a seizure but best ask a specialist on recovery with R.A.S.

Hope things settle down for you and your daughter and ease up.

Thank u so much for your reply. See I was thinking after she hit her head to keep her awake but others say now it's ok to go sleep. I'll have to ask about this for piece of mind. She doesnt seem that much tired afterwards at the minute just like she shocked and wont move for a while. It always seems to be after a injury and she will remember what shes done but she suffers from aniexty so I know if this is high it could be a trigger for her too. X
