My pain in my chest and down my left arm has come back . How do other people cope or do to help with the pain.?

Have you talked to your doctor about this? I'd start there.

Yes I have . I am being referred back to the pain clinic to increase the pain killers that I am already on just to increase the dosage. I am going to try Reiki to see if that helps

I wouldn't try reiki. Once u open that portal it's very hard to close. All kinds of energies can pass. Turn to God and his Mother. If you're not Christian them I'd advise you to return to your religion for strength. God knows your ailments . You will be healed in God's time. I too suffer but offer up for the sake of souls or as a token to Our Lord Jesus Christ on the cross. Best wishes to you and yours. +JMJ+
