Vasovagal syncope

Hi is there anyone who can point me in the direction of a specialist near me. I live in Poole Dorset. Am now 31 and Pre Syncope 85% of the time but non of my GPs are willing to understand and just call it a simple faint.

Hi, have you spoken to the STARS team or checked the list of specialists on their website? They were great when my daughter was diagnosed and pointed us in the right direction. Good luck!

Hi, Dr. Diane Bruce, cardiologist, is researching and specialises in POTS and related things. Look for POTS website, and she is listed, at Royal Bournemouth Hospital. I am on my mobile and can't remember the exact website, but you can search for orthostatic intolerance and POTS on the NHS website and find out is to the POTS organisation, which has. page listing specialists and clinics in the UK. I saw her and she did a lot of testing and assessment, made diagnoses and prescribed medications and other ways to help.
