I have rheumatoid arthritis also got very low blood pressure and slow heart rate .worried about the slow heart rate

You do not say whether your slow heart rate coupled with low blood pressure is causing you to faint? If so and it is impacting on your life then you must discuss with your GP who may decide to refer you to an electrophysiologist (heart rhythm expert). I assume any medication you are taking does not have the side effect of causing low blood pressure (hypotension) or slow heart rate (bradycardia).

Hi I have been to the falls and syncope clinic were they done various tests including heart TESTS . tilt table tests They say there isn't anything they can do . I take oramorph for back problems and I think that can lower your BP
