It is important to recognise that low blood pressure (BP) can have no symptoms and is normal in athletes and young people. Unfortunately, for some, low BP causes symptoms that significantly interfere with a quality of life. Fainting, tiredness, visual blurring, headaches are a few symptoms that can be linked to low blood pressure.

To further understand this condition and tips on coping with low BP, visit STARS website: heartrhythmalliance.org/stars
