To encourage some friendly discussion within our group, are there any gifts you recently purchased for yourself to help you get or stay active in the winter weather?

It is truly for myself, I bought my Labrador retriever a new padded harness to make our short walks easier on me. It has been delightful for him and me. We have even done two walks some days.

Yes I bought a small exercise bike that you can sit on a chair and use. The osteopath said it’s good for knees as it isn’t weight bearing. But to be honest I’m still in to much pain to use it much so I’ll keep trying.
