WW known as Weight Watchers

The CEO of Weight Watchers gave a short presentation on the changes being made to the program. It will now be called WW and the focus is on wellness and exercise, not just diet. This included women who were obese and were at an organized exercise program. This just proves how important "Movement is Life" is.

That seems to make a lot of sense. Being active and focusing on movement is much more important than focusing just on weight. Building strength and flexibility feels a lot better!
