Motivation?

I exercise because I know I have to, because I know it will help strengthen the muscles and support my diseased joints but on a cold, wintry day when I have a 40 minute drive to get to the nearest hydrotherapy pool I have to dig deep to find motivation! Once I'm there I enjoy it but exercising when you are in pain is not easy, I have to keep reminding myself that this is keeping me out of a wheelchair; delaying joint replacement surgeries and hopefully keeping my mental health in check.
