I buy lined leather gloves from equestrian stores. They are a bit tight at first, but stretch out, and work out well.

When I first was diagnosed with Raynauds My husband bought me a pair of gloves and mittens from eddie bauer. They were good for temps. for -30 degress F. I used to wear them to my sons football games and they kept my hands so warm. I have been told that it is better to wear mittens so that your fingers will get warmth from the other fingers.

Motorbike stores sell childrens leather gloves & they are padded & well lined too. You can also get heated leather gloves for children in the motorbike stores too.
