Hi - I am now on maternity leave and feel the cold terrible. Is there any help with heating costs out there?

Not as far as I know. Have you got an electric blanket? I also have an electric throw which heats quickly for a definite time as you set it. It can be for on line. Do you wear several layers at home as well as outside? Keep your extremities warm.

Wear 3 layers some clothes make you feel cold keep legs warm knee lenths socks short pair underneth thick things sometimes are cold .Sheepskin slippers are good keep doors shut keep moving about keep busy have maybe one room slightley warmer for sitting in .
