Is there any correlation between ANA levels and the progress or severity of the disease?

I am not a medical professional, but I can share what I have found! As I am unaware of which ANAs you are referring to, I can't fully answer your question.

Firstly, ANAs don't always show up in tests.

They can assist in diagnosis and "to some extent, predicting prognosis"

If you have Scleroderma (or if you are referring to ANAs that are associated with Scleroderma), page 10 of this booklet explains which ANAs are associated with "potential risks":

It's worth mentioning that with autoimmune diseases, individual experiences differ.
