I do sometimes, if I',m struggling to keep warm. Also, people with heart conditions are said to be more at risk if their homes are too cold. Maybe alert your doctor to this, just in case?

NB I always have to ask myself 'but is it palpitations, or the start of a panic attack?' as I am a bit prone to those, and by recognising that as the cause of me feeling wobbly, rather than anything actually wrong, I can often lessen my symptoms quite quickly. But maybe that's just me!

Really strange, thought it was cold related because it is really, really cold in work and I have them on and off all day, don't seem to get them that much when I'm not in work. I work for the civil service and I think they are trying to freeze us to death!

you should talk to your HR and explain your condition - ask for a personal heater at your desk? Part of ‘making reasonable adjustments for people with disabilities’

I think SRUK has an info leaflet for explaining to employers, colleagues etc - might help?
