Hi I too have Raynaud's as well as ET+Jak 2. I had Raynaud's develop in the tips of two fingers after shopping in Tesco's this week as it was so cold in there😄. My fingers are very sensitive to hot and cold, not exactly as you describe but I believe there is a connection, not sure if it's caused by ET or Raynaud's though.

ET and raynauds strongly linked

Hi Tiggiwoos yes I have the same. My diagnosis (2005) is diffuse systemic sclerosis with severe raynauds and I’ve had really bad ulcers on first and second fingers right hand which are still not healing after ten months! Can totally identify with’burnt’ feeling on finger pads I can only assume it’s due to damaged tissue. I have acro osteolysis on several fingers with bone and soft tissue reduction due to lack of blood supply which causes tenderness and pain too. Not sure what ET is I’d be interested to hear?Good luck I hope it improves.

Sorry ET is my slang for Erythromelalgia as I can’t ever spell it ! Thank you so much for taking time to reply . I need a referral really to a rheumatologist as where I live it’s another 12 months for a follow up ! You take care of yourself

I have severe Raynauds and get this all the time. Think it's causes by tissue and nerve damage from all the ulcers and sores. Probably EM is involved as others have said.
