Hi Joan!
This sounds a bit like erythromyelalgia. I have had acupuncture for menstrual problems, pre menopause and it was very effective. I haven’t used it for raynauds (I also have scleroderma), but I do think that acupuncture is amazing, so I,d give it a go!
Best wishes,
Lisa
For the past three years I have used acupuncture to help manage the Reynaud's in my hands. I find that a 1-hour session once a week really increases the blood flow into my hands and usually eliminates the pain immediately. The effects can last for up to a few days sometimes. It's certainly worth a try.
