Hi , had rheumatologist’s letter and it mentioned a KCO of 90%. What is KCO and is 90% a reasonable value?

I did a Google search and it appears to be a measure of gas transfer in the lungs. There's a brief overview on the British Lung Foundation website here:

Did you do a lung test recently? Like Cookiecutter76 states, it's probably a gas transfer measurement. I think the percentage is relative to the "standard" valus for a person of your size/age/lung size - and 90% is certainly quite a bit better than what my doctors measured.
