Hey guys just wondering if anyone els... - Scleroderma & Ray...
Hey guys just wondering if anyone else used to smoke .. as im finding really hard to stop... espes with two teenagers @war on each other...
When my Raynauds and Scleroderma symptoms first appeared I was a smoker. I was told to quit smoking immediately. I tried several methods of quitting, but the only thing that worked was a prescription for Wellbutrin. Good luck quitting.
You have to quit because smoking affects your blood circulation and if you have Raynaud's and Acleroderma (you don't say if you have) it i not a good idea. Good luck. There is plenty of advice around at chemists and doctors surgeries to name just a few for stopping smoking. You cannot do it on your own.
The only thing I would say fairygoddess83, is that, taken over a long period of time, weed could alter your brain chemistry permanently and make your bipolar more severe. It is your choice of course, and I can only assume (and hope) that you are fully aware of the pros and cons of what you have chosen. Best wishes.
