Does anyone suffer with tarsal tunnel? Leg foot nerve pain?

Have you had any luck with treatments ??

gabapentin helps a lot ask your doctor now. 300mg 3xs day. makes you very sleepy be ware. neuroma and stress fracture in my foot but the pain goes up my leg and up to my ankle i have no pain response. scleroderma, lupus and osteoarthritis. pt, and might need surgery. julie see a podiatrist, rheumatologist, pain doctor and pt now ask for referals and get a nerve test done. good luck. julie

Thank you have the nerve test coming up rheumatologist prescribed some kind of anti depressant to help with sleep. Will definitely ask about the medication you recommended thank you x

I haven’t had tarsel tunnel, but have had nerve issues on other parts of my body. For me, a combination of physical therapy ( in particular nerve glide excercises) helps to strengthen muscles surrounding the foot as well as an alternative therapy called Bowen therapy has helped a lot.
