Hi all. I'm due to attend the Rheumatology clinic tomorrow. What puzzles me is I have lots of symptoms but my A.N.A came back clear. Is this a common occurrence? Thanks for any help advice anyone may have.

My bloods always cone back as clear but on occasion, like if taken when I'm having an EM flare, they will show some inflamation but other than that they are clear. Crazy really as x-rays clearly show degeneration of joints due to OA. My dad is the same, all his bloodworks come back as clear, yet he's got pretty bad psoriatic arthritis in his feet and neck.
