Hi again Emfre 😊🌸🌿🦋
I get that bruise feeling too. When it doesn’t show up on the surface I call it a stone bruise.
I’m in the USA 🇺🇸 and in Kentucky there is a term used when walking barefoot on a stone and a soft tissue injury occurs that leaves the pain and soreness of a bruise without the proof on the surface skin is called a stone bruise.
That is what I often feel on my fingers and hands too when lifting/carrying something heavy.
Sorry sweetie as I know how painful this is and lasts a while before healed.
😊🌸🌿🦋🤗💗😘🙏
Hi there, I have raynauds but not CREST, but I do get bruised fingers. They tend to bruise spontaneously and painfully and it tends to happen more in autumn, spring and winter. It rarely happens in summer when it’s warm. I’ve been to see doctors about it and they can’t explain it but don’t think it’s anything to worry about. I’m not sure if this is the same thing you are suffering?
This has been bugging me a lotrecently. Basically any physical activity with my hand causees them to swell and get little bruise lumps below the skin. Rheumy didn't know what to make of it. I currently have lupus and antiphospholid syndrome and factor v Leiden. I was worried it might be scleroderma because my skin gets a little skinny when this happens but so far my they doesn't think so
