Hi fatigue is a big issue with us all try to do only one thing a day e.g. Only clean one room not the whole house and if your body is trying to tell you to rest do it. I know it's easier said than done too and I'm one to talk. If you don't it will catch up with you and believe me it will. Anyway I hope this helps. Joan

I listen to my body. When I am away from home for several hours or most of the day, it takes the next day or two for me to recovery from fatigue. Like today, my body was moving very slow. I did get some house chores done, though I took rest breaks in between; I went to bed at 6 p.m. this evening and only up for now about 30 minutes. Going back to bed now. Please don't be bewildered, give your body and mind a chance to adjust and be patient with yourself. Your body will react accordingly and nicer to you.
