Doing the inca trail with raynauds

Hi I have mild raynauds and am going to be doing the inca train in a few months. Does anyone have any tips for my packing list? I am particularly concerned about the cold nights and everything getting damp. Thanks

Sounds like a wonderful trip! Pack hand and foot warmers, the disposable type. They hold heat for a good 8 hours and during the night if you start feeling a bit cold with the damp you can atleast hold on to these. The foot ones stick on to your socks. The silver socks and gloves ( in the raynauds assoc online shop) are thin but work if you are already warm. I have found they aren't so good if you are already freezing. Also maybe a pack able down jacket? The good quality ones crush down to almost nothing in a back pack but are a wonderful jacket for chilly evenings and I would probably sleep in it too. I have a Rab one and it folds into its own carry sack and is small. Make sure it is good quality and a good percentage of down. The cheaper ones can be quite bulky and not do such a good job.Heat holders do a great cosy thermal hat, another must for chilly nights. Stuff like that shouldn't take up too much room but would keep you warm. Just a few suggestions, hope you get some more but all the very best for your trip!
