Try going dairy free!

In Canada,  Cyrex Labs and Rocky Mountain Analytical lab,  both do antibody testing to check for food sensitivities. I had Raynaud's but my body temperature, feet and hands, are now fine after removing dairy from my diet. I found out I am allergic to whey, a dairy protein.

Well both son and husband  are dairy  intolant  was on this diet with them for donkey s year long before  Raynands  and scleroderma  set in . Not having a bit of something dairy  in when people  come round was a nusanice  . So eating  dairy  again . Not a slight difference

this post has really annoyed me. As the OP has not replied to my comment i can only assume they are in fact a company, trading on peoples misery by selling some crackpot "cure" that has no basis in science whatsoever. I have faced this in real-life already, people who assure me that "oh if you cut out artificial sweetners/caffine/refined sugar ect then my disease would magically disappear ! if you are a real person OP come back and defend this statement and prove me wrong ! Thank you as well to you guys who replied, as you presented real-life evidence that cant be argued with
