PYCNOGENOL

Anyone tried PYCNOGENOL to help with circulation? If so which brand and strength? Thanks

I have just had a look at it as I am looking for something to help my circulation in my feet. It does say not to use it if you have an autoimmune disease as it stimulates the immune system so anyone with scleroderma should be careful.
