Can you have red wrinkled fingers and red nail folds with raynauds?

Yes, essentially the nail bed gets damaged and small capillaries become obvious, particularly if viewed through a magnifier. I don't know about wrinkled fingers, swollen and shiny is more likely. Cuticles get affected and can become quite sore.

We're referring to just raynauds right?

You should speak to your GP about having some further tests done. It could be primary Raynaud's but you should rule out secondary Raynaud's and Erythromelagia.

Thanks I was wondering about the erythromelgia too but they never hurt or burn. We'll see what the dermo says.
