I am lookin for a device on my tablet that I can download for free. It is to helpme with writing/typing on the tablet. I am looking for an app where I can talk into my tablet instead of type as it proves difficult sometimes. Please tell me if you have come across something like this. Thanks!

Hi, there are a lot of voice recognition software programs out there of various quality. I had a quick search for you, and it depends on what make your tablet is, but this link has a review of a few apps - most of which appear to be free. I understand that you have to be patient with these apps as they have to "learn" how you pronounce your words

my nephew used to be able to get sophisticated versions of this sort of software for free as he was Dyslexic. Maybe you could ask you GP if you could too?

Hi, as the previous people have said, the voice recognition software is available, if you are in education, could you ask for some help getting it from school, college or uni? I thought I read on another post that you were, so it is worth asking. Good luck.
